Technology Infrastructure

The Learning Institute’s technology infrastructure is designed from the ground up with security, efficiency, and reliability as our top priorities.  Industry-proven security mechanisms are in place throughout our system to maintain the integrity and safety of sensitive student data during transfer and storage.  To assure reliability, we only utilize hardware and software from vendors with proven success of providing enterprise-class systems and functionality.  Also, all TLI database and web applications are hosted by world class providers carefully selected to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Technical Support

The Learning Institute employs full-time staff members dedicated to providing technical support to member districts. All support issues are managed with an online tracking system which is constantly monitored by our staff.  This tracking system guarantees each issue is worked through to completion.  While many issues are solved with a simple email or phone call, we also provide remote desktop support. This allows end-users to temporarily grant remote control of their computer to TLI support staff, enabling them to see the issue first hand.
